Zhongman produces decorative expanded metal in fine to medium diamond short-way dimensions from 3/16" up to about 1", with light strand gauges in the No.13 to No.22 range that keep panels delicate and high in open area. Customers choose carbon steel for economy, aluminum 3003-H14 or 5052-H32 for lightweight facades, or stainless 304/316 for the most demanding environments. Both raised and flattened patterns are available. Finishes include polyester powder coating in custom RAL colors, anodizing for aluminum, and mill, brushed or polished surfaces for stainless. Panels can be supplied flat, framed, formed to curves, or fabricated into cassettes and infill units with hems and returns for facade systems.
