Engineered for slope stabilization, road embankments, riverbanks, and terraced grade changes, the system stacks rectangular cages in stepped or battered configurations to distribute load efficiently. Each layer is laced to those above and below, and internal diaphragms keep faces vertical during filling. Because the fill is loose rock, the entire wall drains freely, removing the hydrostatic forces that destroy conventional concrete retaining walls. We deliver a complete engineered package: cages, lacing, bracing, geotextile separation fabric, and load-rated assembly drawings tailored to site geology.

Double-twisted mesh uses 2.7-3.0mm wire (4.0mm including PVC) in 8x10 or 10x12 weave; welded alternatives use 3.0-5.0mm wire on 75-100mm apertures. Coatings are Galfan at 275 g/m2 minimum or PVC over Galfan for aggressive soils. Fill should be 100-250mm angular, durable rock. Options include reinforced soil tail panels for tall MSE walls, anchored geogrid integration, and stepped or smooth battered faces.
